A visit from Norway

We had a nice surfski/kayak paddling session with Einar Kjerschow from Oslo today. Einar is experienced paddler and runs kajakkopplevelser firm in his home country. On friday he tested my homemaid K1 ergometer(see picture) and had many good ideas for improvements. Also today where he gave some very good paddling technique instructions for us paddling with him. Today was an inspiring sight to see Einar paddling in mixed sea with perfect technique.
