Hilmar and his Rapier 20

Hilmar maid a new design of a footplate for his Rapier 20. For the adjustment put a string to bull to unleash the plate on both sites(see picture). He did also but a new seat in the boat so he is both sitting higher and has a better movement of the body.  With the new seat and the ability to add pressure from the leg he will be going even faster than before.
